As per LAW OF ATTRACTION, it is very important to remain positive so that we can attract our desired goals. In the last post I had shared a very powerful method to create positive emotions in you and also explained what exactly is happening inside our body when we are vibrating with positivity. So , as promised, in this post I will share with you another method which is again a very powerful method.

What you focus on grows, you may have heard this. This method revolves around our focus, and it is based on this principle of LAW OF ATTRACTION – FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT AND NOT ON WHAT YOU DON’T WANT. No one wants negativity in their life and everyone want positivity , so this principle if you look at it another way says – Focus on Positives and not on the Negatives.

To make it clearer, let me give you few examples.

Let us say you are repeating to yourself I don’t want traffic, this will actually create a negative emotion in you and thus  you will attract traffic. Instead if you say, Iam going to reach the place quickly and easily , you are generating positive emotions and you will attract the same.

Another example is let’s say you are exercising, instead of focusing on the stress or tiredness, focus on the feeling you are going to experience after doing the exercise.

It is also important to focus on BALANCED THINKING. This means it is not recommended to be too positive or too negative because then you may not be able to take right decisions and actions. So , how do you balance them. Let me again share few examples:

Let us say you have a boss who puts extreme pressure on you , normally this is a negative situation, but  when  we consider the positive side to it  actually this is  helping you  to learn and grow.

One more example – You have got a promotion, though it is positive news, it also means increased workload, managing a bigger team., more stress.

So, from now on DECIDE that Iam going to FOCUS ON WHAT I WANT AND NOT ON WHAT I DON’T WANT and Iam going to FOCUS ON BALANCED THINKING.

Please let me know your experience in the comments.
