As per Law of Attraction, we attract situations, things or people into our life based on our frequency. There are 4 factors that decides our frequency and belief is one of them.So if you want to change your life, you need to change your beliefs. But how? Let us see.
Generally there are two types of beliefs:
1. Limiting Beliefs
2. Empowering Beliefs
Limiting beliefs are the one which blocks or limits you.
For example, lets say you have good business skills but you have a belief that you are not good in making money , that is a limiting one.
Another one can be let’s say you are trying to get married but have a belief that it is difficult to get a partner.
In both the above situations, you can see how a belief is deciding our life because what we believe will come true.
So, now let’s see how we can change our beliefs:
Step 1
Write down the limiting belief which you want to change.If you don’t know , just observe an area in your life where you are struggling and then easily you can find one.
Step 2
Read this belief once and then decide to change this belief. You can say this loudly or in your mind – I must change this belief of ………...( whatever your belief is)
Step 3
Make a positive statement or affirmation which contradicts the limiting belief in such a way that when you read it, you feel as if you already have removed the belief.
Let’s take the two examples previously mentioned:
In the example of business, you can say Iam making money easily and happily.
In the case of relationships- it can be I have an amazing partner.
Step 4
Repeat the affirmations as many times as possible so that that it gets engraved in your subconscious mind.
Along with repeating if you can research and find out some references for the new empowering beliefs and think about it regularly, then it is more powerful.
For example, you may be knowing someone who is making money happily and easily , just think abt them regularly because this is actually giving evidence to the subconscious mind.
In relationships, think abt an amazing couple, if you don’t know one , do a research.
If you follow these 4 steps and remove the limiting beliefs from your life, you will start vibrating positively which in turn will help in living your dream life..
